This was the first 360° client for which I've had the privilege of designing. Working with Scott Mahew of Corsair, We developed the identity and presence, both physical and virtual, for this collection of Latin American inspired sushi restaurants. The work started with basic branding and extended to details such as waiter aprons, menus, and matchbooks; the benchmark interior design; and eventually the Internet.
The brand has grown to over five location over the years, each taking its own personality from the guidelines established.
